A MARRIAGE OF NATURE'S GIFTS FROM THE EARTH
I
am delighted that we have discovered each other. My work is a pure and honest expression of my desire to
create energetically powerful wearable art pieces that are not only beautiful,
but that will also bring peace and unconditional love and compassion into your
life.
I
use PMC3 (Precious Metal Clay) which is 99.9% Pure Silver - recycled from old photo film stock.
Pure Silver is cleansed of all impurities and contaminants such as arsenic and
lead, which is found in other jewelry like sterling silver. The resulting material can be worked
into any shape or design imaginable.
The healing properties of silver have been known since the time of
Hippocrates, and silver compounds are still used in modern medicine to fight
infection. By reclaiming this beautiful
element and giving it a new purpose, the earth is honored and thanked for it's
original gift and spared the destructive and invasive effects of new mining and
extraction. Pure Silver contains
healing elements that help the immune system, blood circulation, and forms of
depression. It helps healing in all areas of the mind, body, and soul.... It
also allows an individual’s own intuitiveness to surface in major times of
change.
I
use symbols, mandalas, gemstones, and minerals in my work, using raw natural
stones that have been not been faceted or manipulated by others. All of my work is intuitively designed
and created by me personally. I
work in a mindful and meditative process, honoring the material and those who
have made it possible for me to acquire it. I do not utilize any stones or objects from conflict
zones.
Set
in silver, the natural metaphysical energies of stones and minerals are
amplified and enhanced. Many
stones have healing properties, others are calming, create a sense of well-being,
enhance creativity, or promote a loving and compassionate heart. Some have a soft, gently radiant
energy, others are more pronounced.
You may feel a special affinity for a particular stone, or desire a
piece that is custom-designed for you. I can accommodate nearly any request and
would be delighted to work with you.
I have access to special and unique stones that are simply not available
anywhere else. Many of my stones
have been held in private collections for decades, treasured and cherished and
simply awaiting their new caretaker.
